A Summer Day in Covent Garden

I thought I’d have a break from the exhibition pics and go for a nice summery scene. OK so it’s not all scenery and flowers but I do think it’s quite a cheery scene!

This is a picture of a crowd watching a street entertainer in Covent Garden that I took the other week.

As you’ve come to expect from me, I thought I would give it a HDR makeover and I really like the outcome. It just seems to give it a feel of summer and enhances the colours as well as giving it an unusual effect.

Exhibition Picture 12 – Sweet Pea

After a short break we’re back with picture number 12 from our Peterborough Exhibition.

I’d love to say this is somewhere exotic but in fact it is a picture taken in my garden. Sometimes simple is very effective!

Exhibition Picture 11 – Paris Street View

We’re back to Paris today for our 11th picture from our exhibition series.

This is a HDR version of a Paris street scene that was taken a couple of years ago.

The effect really accentuates the ‘frenchness’ of the scene, bringing out the architecture in such an interesting way.
